I. NATURE AND PURPOSES

The situation in the company and on the labor market  are dynamic, under the pressure of the changes is necessary to be changed the work organization for the employees, and for that reason we offer collaboration in you staff management.

1. Staff selection from experts of the COMPANY, on hiring and starting the work of new employees.  Collection and selection, on clients’ requirements work requests.
1.1. Make acquainted the client with the government and municipal projects on hiring an unemployed and possible tax relief from that.
1.2. Create a data base with graduated students with potential in CLIENTS field of activity.
1.3. Elaborate system for long distance work (especially with experts and consultants).
2. Carry out interviews. Provide participation of experts of the COMPANY in the commissions for election positions.
3. Prepare effectively working company scheme for the CLIENT. Elaborate position profile, occupied from employees and work abilities for the position, prepare job characteristics.
3.1. Provide everyday control on the labor contract terms and advise the CLIENT for its extension or discontinuing.  
3.2. Control everyday and provide information to the CLIENT regarding the labor contracts on test term.
3.3. Define the exact number of employees for the effective activity of the CLIENT.
3.4. Create types for the work and its continuance of the work time according to the labor contracts and the specific character of the manufacturing and trade activity of the CLIENT.
4. THE COMPANY prepares new methods for staff motivation, accorded with the Bulgarian legislation and European practice.

8. Elaborate requirements and control the loyalty obligation of the employees to the CLIENT.
9. Elaborate and apply suitable labor payment system and bonus system for the employees of the CLIENT. The COMPANY cooperates in monthly counting of the salaries and compensations:
• Recognize the personal contribution and the overtime for the nomination of the salaries and awards.
• Recognize the personal contribution of the employees, who were  in health holiday through the month, make an offer for the bonus provided from the CLIENT;

10. Elaborate and provide participation of an expert in negotiation with syndicate for collective labor contract signing, its change or discontinuing. Take part in negotiations with employees representatives for the out court settle of collective disputes and conflicts.

12. Create ETIC LABOR CODE for the CLIENT.
13. Provide court defense for the CLIENT by lawyers of the COMPANY, competent and well experienced on individual and collective labor disputes, also on disputes regarding the employer authority. Represent the CLIENT in front of labor arbiter, or other government authorities.
14. Experts of the COMPANY consult reduce of the employees, hired from the CLIENT, prepare and motivate the dismissals.
15. The COMPANY organizes lectures for the Managers for the novelty in the staff management and the specialty on the labor market.  
16. Consult the size and the merits for social – health payments, payments for PKB found.
17. Collect and provide information for the number of the health lists and the period of used holiday.  Investigate its authenticity.
