Agricultural land can be leased by the owner or by a person authorized by him, as well as a person who owns rights to agricultural land.
Contracts for lease of agricultural land with a term longer than one year, as well as the agreements for their amendment or termination shall be concluded in a special order and form. This is a written form with notarization of the signatures of the parties.
These contracts shall be entered in the respective Registry agency at the location of the properties.
